Focus is on Pilates core, strength, conditioning with cardio and Yoga Asanas that completes a full mind/body balance program to benefit all and inspire a new generation of Mind,Body and Wellness practitioners and is the perfect adjunct and balance required to all Fitness Training, all trainers and methods of training and includes my 10 Principles for total MindBody Balance, finishing with a short Yoga Nidra Meditation/Recovery.

Yoga Nidra is a practise of deep relaxation through meditation, that research has proven will change the way you think, act and perform. It is well known to aid depression and PTSD. My practice began as a 17 year old and I will share a practice and the research and results of profound and long term positive outcomes and you will discover first-hand what is Yoga Nidra, breath and intentions to share with clients.
