YogaPilates Fusion: A MIndBody and Balanced Practice

YogaPilates Fusion® is the flowing integration and blending of the 2 practices through a physical and sensory awareness through movement, breath, strength, mindful meditation and setting of intentions. Focus is on Pilates core, strength, conditioning with cardio and Yoga Asanas that completes a full mind/body balance program to benefit all and inspire a new generation of Mind,Body and Wellness practitioners and is the perfect adjunct and balance required to all Fitness Training, all trainers and methods of training and includes my 10 Principles for total MindBody Balance, finishing with a short Yoga Nidra Meditation/Recovery.

Learning Outcomes:
•The learning outcome is for anyone who is involved in the Fitness and Wellness industry to be confident to teach all ages ranging from Schools to Gyms to Studios, wherever a fitness and wellness program runs.
•For PT’s, Yoga Instructors, Pilates Instructors, teachers working with children.
•Why mix it up? The description of the 2 disciplines and understanding that fusions of exercise apply to a multitude of fitness and wellness requirements.
•Awareness of traditional beliefs versus the Modern Yogi and Pilates Practitioners. The balance of fitness and spirituality moving forward in a modern world.
