The Lower Back is the crossroad between the upper and lower body and often takes a toll! There are so many reasons we can experience back pain, but often there are simple solutions that can help alleviate or even get rid of the sensation.
Everywhere you turn, someone claims they have the solution to back pain. Sadly, it doesn’t work, but what if you could learn to understand the possible reasons for back pain and help your clients move and feel better?
