TribalGroove Fusion is a visual and physical journey of movement and mind with the Chakra System as a base. The Chakras are energies connected to different emotions and are placed in seven different points on the spinal column. Each chakra is connected to the various organs and glands within the body and are responsible for life energy. Tribal and Electro Dance Beats will inspire and bring complete balance to each participant and will finish with Yoga Nidra Meditation (the Waking Sleep).
This is for any fitness person looking for an alternative in finding life and energy balance.

This session draws on the celebration of life through movement and visualisation with tribal drum beats and electronic dance music based on balancing the Chakras. You will discover how to release powerful and possibly deep emotions that can limit our beliefs in moving forward in life.

(3) How balancing Chakras can balance Body and Mind.

All tribes dance to connect with others as well as a deep spiritual awakening. . We will take this to a dancing prayer and your own personal interpretation as prayer is in all cultures and all religions.
