In a world where our clients are perceiving they have less and less time and a never ending ‘to do’ lists, to make changes in their lives can seem near impossible. That’s where the micro comes in.

Whether it’s working in micro-steps, incorporating microbreaks and micro-recoveries, to form micro-habits – working in the micro is the foundation of change. A good tiny behaviour is easy to do — and fast. The benefit of even one small win goes beyond just the new healthy behavior you’ve created — it actually builds that willpower muscle to create even more wins and good habits.

In this session Angela will take you through some of the science behind the’ micro’ You will learn and experience lots of ‘micro’ tools to easily apply along with learning how to ‘micro’ key lifestyle factors in programming for big impacts.

Micro-changes over time can lead to a very different trajectory in your life and new destination.
