Yoga Nidra: The Way to Deep Personal Growth and Empowerment

Yoga Nidra is a practise of deep relaxation through meditation, that research has proven will change the way you think, act and perform. It is well known to aid depression and PTSD. My practice began as a 17 year old and I will share a practice and the research and results of profound and long term positive outcomes and you will discover first-hand what is Yoga Nidra, breath and intentions to share with clients.
The understanding that Yoga Nidra will have long term positive outcomes for clients and students when combined in a Fitness and Wellness program for PT’s,Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Fitness Instructors and Teachers.
Yoga Nidra can be included as part of any class/program and will produce results in as little as 10 minutes or a longer Yoga Nidra of 30 minutes to an hour will have profound results.
A short practical Yoga Nidra will be shared and a link to my website with free Yoga Nidra will be provided.
