Session Type: Specific Populations
Many populations are ageing, becoming less mobile yet willing to spend more money on health and fitness. We need to diversify our group exercise catalogue to cater. How can we create joy, fun, learning and most importantly, safety in populations who don’t move well. This workshop will teach you the fundamentals of pain, immobility, and exercise resistance so you can create classes to overcome these barriers. If you want to get more people involved in group exercise, there is no missing this session.
