How to program for results in Group Fitness

Many trainers claim that group fitness is an inferior way to train if you want to get results. Yet group fitness is the biggest growth sector of the fitness industry. How can we program our freestyle classes to ensure our members are empowered to achieve their goals? In this session learn about what factors you can manipulate in any group fitness class to bring about change for your members. Feel how to integrate these into your sessions with a practical and interactive workshop where we cover all class styles.

In this session trainers will understand the differences between programming for 1:1 vs groups:
• Understand the basic structure of any freestyle class
• Take home 5 techniques to implement into their group fitness programming
• Trainers will move throughout the session to ‘feel’ the impact of these techniques
