Many of us believe things about our breath that are not true. We think we need to breathe more air into our lungs to get more oxygen, and we let our breathing become hard and fast when we exercise.

Chronic hyperventilation is a dysfunctional breathing pattern that involves over breathing. Many of us are breathing 2-3 times the amount we need to.

In this session you will learn why over breathing can damage your health, and how good breath control will maximise performance in all aspects of life.

• Learn how to identify dysfunctional breathing
• Learn exercises to improve and control breathing
• Understand how to build breathing into your clients programme
