Session Type:
Everyone needs sleep, it is possibly the most critical part of any program for composition change, hormonal health, immune function and generally feeling great. We all know what it feels like to miss sleep, and to wake up from a big long catch up! Sleep hygiene principles are great for improving routines of sleep in general, but they are incomplete as they don’t account for our differences. One individual needs more food at night, another one needs less, one individual needs connection before bed, another is hyper-sensitive to light. This session will make you a black belt in sleep, why we need it, the common problems that arise with it and how that can be solved when you understand what the individual client needs!
