After over a decade Personal Training in over 60 different countries, Chaz has learnt to understand there’s more to being Healthy than just Exercise and Nutrition.

Graduating with a Bachelors or Exercise Science and Human Movement from Victoria University in Melbourne, Chaz traveled the world educating people on the importance of exercise in their daily lives. After working with thousands of people from all walks of life, Chaz now recognises that we can’t be monomaniacal with exercise alone. He believes that helping someone become healthy involves more than just helping them reach their strength, physique, competition or mental resilience goals.

Founding Queenstown’s First Mind and Body Health Club Chaz now teaches the importance of creating a well rounded Health House for people to becomes their healthiest selves and intently believes that Healthy is Wealthy.

    Are you Healthy? You've just answered that question in your head but what is your interpretation of the word "Health". The Oxford Dictionary defines "Health" as 'The absence of illness or injury', so it doesn't tell us what it is, it tells us what it isn't. We all say we want to be healthy, but not many of us actually know what it means. Throughout this session we're going to explore the new definition of Health and learn the tangible framework you can use to build yours and your clients own Health House. As the Fitness industry evolves beyond just exercise, we're going to explore the concept that's going to shape NZ's future.
