In this session, participants will learn how to make their dance classes dynamic by engaging students in group participation. We'll explore techniques such as rotating students from facing the instructor to participating in group fitness dance battles. These strategies will help break the mold of a typical fitness session, lift the spirit of the class, promote a sense of community, and ensure everyone has fun.
