In this practical session, you’ll explore the different ways to create a fun and engaging workout to make your clients both physically and mentally fit.
From the psychology of play to movement assessments and innovative exercises, “Gee” will challenge the way you think about training. This session will bring you new tools, concepts and ideas to use with any clients or groups, from kids to the elderly and athletes. A must-attend if you’re new in the industry, or want to reignite the fun trainer in you!
