The Future of Nutrition

Given the abundance of information available on nutrition, it can be challenging to distinguish between hype and fact. Trainers are constantly searching for a competitive edge in order to accomplish their customers’ utmost health and wellbeing. The amount of false information out there makes it difficult to know how to apply it to regular food intake. Are cell-based meats safe? How is lab-made milk made? Do I need to eat vegan? Gluten-free? Oat milk, soy milk, or almond? Which are the best protein powders? Should I eat fish or take fish oils? Which fats are best for my health? In this session will walk away with a greater understanding of nutrition and how to separate evidence-based research on the burning nutrition topics of 2023.
