Session Type:
We’re going to go through these entry level postnatal workouts, with coaching on slow deep core connection and activation, what we’re looking to feel in the deep core and glute workout with various postnatal considerations. It’ll be hands on checking (those who are comfortable with this) anyone who wants checking for ab separation and for effective deep core activation.

Followed by a low impact high intensity cardio workout ideal for clients new to exercise, returning from childbirth, starting back after a break or with joint issues. Get a feel for how much your heart can elevate and you can sweat with an epic low impact workout that’ll leave you buzzing.

Learning Outcomes:
• Experience what a postnatal deep core workout looks & feels like targeting strengthening stretched weakened core and the body post pregnancy and childbirth.
• Experience what a low impact high though high intensity workout looks & feels like that is safe for pelvic floor dysfunction & sensitive joints.
