Re”Warding” Your Training

Session Type:
Mix up your training style using Warding patterns! This method of training has practical uses through all populations: from increasing core stability of athletes running down a rugby pitch blocking tackles to assistance in falls prevention of retirees. Using warding methods of training allows multiplanar movements under controlled conditions to both increase physical capability and decrease injury while maintaining high cognitive engagement. In this practical session, we’ll go over a variety of movement patterns sure to get your creative juices flowing to maximise strength and endurance in any environment.
