Alice Moore brings a wealth of expertise to her roles as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, coach, and presenter, having honed her skills in diverse settings across various cities worldwide.
With a Master of Science in Psychology under her belt, Alice has effectively catered to a wide range of clients, from at-risk seniors to elite athletes, thanks to her deep understanding of human behaviour and motivation.
Her mentoring of aspiring trainers has empowered them to define their unique brand, expand their client base, and build thriving businesses of their own.
Drawing from her background in competitive athletics, Alice’s passion for fitness was sparked during her time as a national-level track athlete in the United States. Transitioning into coaching, she discovered her talent for enhancing athletes’ capabilities and found her true calling: improving the fitness of those around her.
After relocating to New Zealand, Alice immersed herself in team sport, gaining valuable insights into team dynamics and fitness within large groups. This experience provided her with a unique perspective that she now incorporates into her training programs.
Above all, Alice believes in the importance of having fun while staying active. She is passionate about helping others find enjoyment in movement, regardless of the form it takes.
