This class brings the best of PUMP combined with SPIN. It’s an interval training session with 10min on the bike and 10min on weights back to back. You get the best of cardio training from Spin and Strength training from PUMP. This is a high calory output class that is following a world trend of combining spin with other types of class. For the “Spinners” is great as you have the cycle element, and for people who don’t like spin is great as you only spend 10min on the bike. High energy, very engaging and motivating and backed up by science. A must class to have in your club if you have the Bikes in the same room or close to your Pump gear.
