Almost every fitness professional will find themselves with a mum in their class at some point so it’s important to understand some of the key differences you need to consider. In this session you will learn about the key contraindications many mums experience, how to ask the right questions and how to adapt your current training sessions to ensure you are looking after them safely and effectively.
