Hip Motion and Pelvic Flare

For many years our industry has instructed people to activate certain muscles of the pelvis when moving. Clients have been instructed to focus on the GLUTES as the main tissues of the pelvis to strengthen, and normally in a very conscious and single plane of motion. Has this been successful for the clients? Has anyone even bothered to ask them?
This workshop will discover what motion is required to create a healthier and more efficient pelvic region. We will identify, the roles of the pelvis, the tissue requirements, and how to enhance them all with specific applications.
A must for anyone wanting to move, feel and live better.
