Current research tells us that many of our young people are not meeting the minimum requirement for weekly physical activity. This session will explore the factors that encourage children and adolescence to start exercising, keep exercising and build movement into their lifestyle from a young age. We will explore the various factors that influence what will keep our young people moving, how best to encourage them to explore their movement interests and what is safe but effective for young growing bodies.
