In this session we will look at the importance of performing contralateral movement activities. Often under-utilised, contralateral movements are great for skeletal muscle fibre for sure, but, they’re also highly important for our brains and long term functional capacity. In this session we will look at why performing contralateral activities are a vital cog in your movement programming.
Please bring your own resistance bands for this session.
