I am a passionate coach and wellness practitioner helping hundreds transform their lives through holistic approaches. I have had a lifelong pattern of dieting which only resulted in poor health and a negative relationship with food. 8 years ago, as an “empty nester” and approaching 50 weighing 170kg, I re-energised my life through a serious change to my unhealthy lifestyle of emotional eating and minimal sleep for over 30 years. My long career in the corporate world evolved into studying as an ICF life coach and onto my Clinical Hypnotherapy certification, working with the reasons for food relationships and using Taste Success Programs to support better health and nutritional outcomes for my clients. I am co-director of Taste Success and also CEO of a Tertiary Education company, delivery adult education in workplaces around New Zealand. I have completed 4 triathlons, 3 half marathons and too many fun runs to count. I have the ultimate perspective on how a client can change their life entirely, meeting the client where they are at, and finding their balance that works for them long term.
I have been a facilitator at a central North Island wellness retreat, spoken at many events and ran a series of online workshops and support services for clients undertaking weight loss journeys. I have done media for events such as the Air New Zealand Marathon series and Women’s Triathlon in Tauranga, presenting my own life changing commitment to exercise.
