Kirstyn Campbell and Nikki Williams

Kirstyn Campbell is a dedicated trainer and educator with over ten years experience specialising in women’s health and fitness.

Nikki Williams has dedicated over 30 years to building her career in the Exercise Industry. This journey has equipped her with the knowledge, expertise, and privilege to effectively mentor and coach new and established trainers within the industry.

Kristyn’s journey began – recovering from a severe abdominal injury during a burpee challenge – revealed critical gaps in traditional fitness education about the female body’s unique needs. Since then, she has pursued advanced training in Pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Diastasis Recti, Female Athlete Training and Menopause.

Partnering with gyms, health organisations, the NZ Military and charities. She equips trainers and professionals with the knowledge to support women safely through recovery and exercise at any stage of life. Kirstyn received the Educator of the Year 2024 award at Exercise New Zealand Awards.

Her mission is to promote safe, effective training for women, empowering them to thrive in health, sport, and everyday life.


Nikki, the Skills Active’s Manakura Award winner in 2021 and Group Exercise Instructor of the Year – Own Choreography in 2023, has taught various forms of movement since 1987 and continues to be actively engaged as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, life coach, mentor, and assessor. She is also a valued member of the Exercise NZ team. Nikki runs her own Positive Choice business, providing her clients and mentees a supportive environment to challenge themselves and embrace new experiences as part of their everyday routine.

As an international presenter and workshop host, in 2024, Nikki delivered her first TEDx Talk and wrote her first book on living a values-led life – launching in 2025.

Nikki’s mission is to create a safe space for people to become their best selves, work aligned with their values, and create an impactful ripple effect.
