“Erin Zen Warrior” Surrounded by a fitness and seeker family involved in weights, dance, martial arts, yoga and meditation it is the foundation of Erin’s life to move and move in balance. She has spent her life geeking out on the mechanics of movement, studying anything from running and yoga to circus and ballet. To Erin, the holistic approach involving food, movement and mind, became obvious as an essential part of the method to an awesome life and an awesome body.
In her travels she has had the great privilege of meeting unique meditation masters, naturopaths, osteopaths and healers. Through this she came to understand that there are no healers – healing happens. The magic of the body is that it wants to find a way to the best version of itself. She believes an individual has to get out of their own way and stimulate the body in the right direction to “find your hum” where life becomes EASE-ful, stress-LESS, satisfying and successful.
Erin is constantly learning and researching and specialises in mobility, calisthenics for the everyday body, chronic conditions, rehabilitation and posture – through bodywork, movement, holistic nutrition and you.
