Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching over 10,000 people through the physical medium of fitness, across the world. Whether it’s been pursuing national/international achievements in their chose sport, to improve confidence and feel better in their own body or to rehab from specific injuries. These folks have taught me more than I could have taught them. The shear resilience of human beings and the transference of an improvement in physical capacity into every day life, is nothing short of a miracle.
I’m a level 3 CrossFit Coach, an adaptive and inclusive trainer, youth strength and conditioning coach, Author and Podcast host. Committed to learning from all members of all abilities, while trying to positively impact their lives in the process.
