In this 2 hour deep dive, you will learn how to strategically select & progress corrective exercises that are specific to the individual’s objective assessment results. This methodology will take a true holistic, full-body approach to improving human movement and posture from head to toe. By appreciating the entire human as a series of interconnected parts, we will be able to achieve both short and long-term improvements in movement, posture, and performance.
You’ll integrate this approach with both lower and upper-body weight room exercises that are specific to the individual’s objective assessment results. These exercises will complement the intentions and goal outcomes of the corrective exercises so the individual can strengthen their new mobility and movement capabilities, without sacrificing gains in performance, fitness, or hypertrophy-related goals.
This session includes lecture, live demonstrations, and hands-on partner-based practice, where possible. By the end, you’ll walk away with a practical, adaptable framework to take a client from assessment all the way through to higher-functioning performance.
