Hilary Blackstock holds a degree in Physical Education and brings over 20 years of experience, enthusiasm and expertise in fitness and movement coaching. She is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge with others who are interested in providing older adults with safe, fun and effective sessions.
The holistic approach she takes with her clients who are 55+ focuses on developing self-confidence, strength and balance skills, and social connections within a range of contexts. Alongside this, she supports new and existing trainers to gain self-confidence when leading their own classes.
