I’ve always been passionate about self-development and learning from the best minds in health, performance, and personal growth. Over time, I’ve taken what I’ve learned and applied it in my work as a coach, personal trainer, and now as a certified Oxygen Advantage Instructor.

The session I am presenting at the ExerciseNZ Conference is an accumulation of knowledge that has transformed both my personal well-being and the results I see in my clients. Breathing is the foundation of everything we do. By improving our breathing, we unlock more energy, better focus, faster recovery, and greater resilience. I’m excited to share these tools with the ExerciseNZ community so we can help our clients not just train harder, but recover smarter and live better.

My mission is to help people become their best selves. Breathwork is one of the most powerful and often overlooked ways to get there.
