Man up! 4 Steps For Better Mental Health For Men

Session Type:
Men experience depression just as often as women, but they are less likely to ask for help. In New Zealand, the suicide rate for men is 3 times that of women.
It is widely understood that there is no health without mental health, so what are we going to do about it? How can we support the blokes coming to our facilities, yet staying within our scope? What makes men’s mental health different and how can we approach it constructively?
Men would rather get lost than take directions, so how can we convince them to get help?
